We are committed to delivering your artwork safely, securely, and as quickly as possible. Every order is carefully prepared and shipped from our physical gallery and operations center in Turkey.

  1. Order Processing Time

All orders are made and prepared to order.

Production and processing time typically takes between 1–5 business days before shipment.

During periods of high demand, holidays, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly extended.

We currently ship to:

  • Canada

  • United Kingdom

  • European Countries

  • Australia

At this time, we may not be able to ship to certain locations due to carrier restrictions or local regulations.

  1. Estimated Delivery Times

After your order has been shipped, estimated delivery times are:

United States: 2–4 Business Days

Canada: 2–4 Business Days

United Kingdom: 2–5 Business Days

Europe: 2–7 Business Days

Australia: 4–8 Business Days

We proudly offer FREE shipping on all orders.

No additional shipping charges will be applied during checkout.

All applicable customs duties, import taxes, and related charges are handled by VIVACOMART LTD.

Customers are not expected to pay additional customs fees upon delivery.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear after shipment.

  1. Delivery Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, failure to collect the package, or similar customer-related circumstances, additional shipping charges may apply.

  1. Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To assist with the resolution process, please provide:

  • Clear photographs of the damaged product

  • Photographs of the packaging

  • Your order number

Depending on the circumstances, VIVACOMART LTD. may offer:

  • A replacement product

  • A partial refund

  • A full refund

The appropriate solution will be determined after reviewing the submitted information.
