We are pleased to offer complimentary express shipping on all orders worldwide. There are no additional shipping fees, regardless of your location.

We prioritize speed and efficiency in every shipment. To ensure you receive your purchase as quickly as possible, we exclusively use express shipping services for all orders by default.
Our standard delivery timelines are as follows:
- USA: 2–4 business days
- Canada: 2–4 business days
- UK: 2–5 business days
- Europe: 2–7 business days
Since your order is already being processed via our fastest available shipping method, no further expediting is necessary. You will receive tracking information as soon as your package is on its way.

We do not offer shipping to multiple addresses for a single order. If you would like items delivered to multiple addresses, please place those orders separately.

To ensure the fastest and most secure delivery of your order, we utilize major courier services (such as DHL, UPS, or FedEx) which require a physical residential or business address for delivery.
Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to PO Boxes or military APO/FPO addresses at this time. Please provide a valid physical street address to avoid any delays or issues with your shipment.

At VIVACOMART LTD., we handle all applicable import duties and VAT for your convenience. The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay. There will be no additional charges upon delivery.

First, check tracking info and see if it was delivered. If it says delivered but never received please allow a few more days. Sometimes products are delivered late by DHL or scanned delivered by mistake. Then call or email us regarding the whereabouts of your order!

We can only process cancellations for items that have not gone into production. Please email us at info@vivacomart.com with your order details we will cancel your order and provide a full refund. We cannot cancel orders once the printing process has begun.

Following a successful order, please expect a confirmation email. You will also receive an update email when your order goes into production. Once your order ships, we will send a third email with your tracking information. The most recent information on your order is always available via the receipt link provided in our email correspondence. Policy Guidelines
Shipping Fees: Customers are responsible for return and exchange shipping costs.
Exchange Limit: Only one exchange is allowed per item ordered.
Ineligible Returns: Any unauthorized returns or damaged, will not be eligible for a refund or replacement and will be forfeited.

Send us an email with attaching photo(s) and we will send out a replacement within 72 business hours!

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@vivacomart.com. Who will be responsible for shipping fee if I exchange or return an order. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
