REFUND & RETURN POLICY

Because our artworks are made-to-order and produced specifically for each customer, we have established the following Refund & Return Policy.

  1. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase for a full refund, provided production has not yet started.

Once production has begun, orders cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded.

  1. Change of Mind Returns

As all products are made-to-order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Personal preference

  • Ordering the wrong size

  • Ordering the wrong product

  • Color expectations

  • Artwork not matching room décor

  • Any reason unrelated to damage, defects, or fulfillment errors

Please review all product information carefully before placing your order.

  1. Personalized and Custom Orders

Personalized, custom-made, or specially commissioned products are non-refundable and non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

  1. Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To evaluate the issue, we may request:

  • Photographs of the damaged item

  • Photographs of the packaging

  • Your order number

  • Any additional information reasonably required for investigation

If the damage is determined to be caused during production, packaging, or shipping, we may offer a replacement item at no additional cost.

  1. Incorrect Items

If you receive the wrong item due to an error on our part, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

After verification, we will arrange for a replacement product at no additional cost.

  1. Lost Shipments

If a shipment is lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible.

Each case will be reviewed individually.

Depending on the circumstances, VIVACOMART LTD. may provide:

  • A replacement product

  • A partial refund

  • A full refund

  1. Sale and Discounted Items

Because all products are produced specifically for each order, discounted, promotional, and sale items are subject to the same return and refund conditions outlined in this policy.

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
